Fabletics in Dolphin Mall, Miami, FL seeks a Full-Time Sales Lead to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support both Sales and Operations. You will drive engagement, train associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet bold targets.

The role requires energy, initiative, and a passion for active lifestyle brands. You will be the go-to resource for product knowledge, help manage inventory, and ensure the store meets merchandising and safety standards in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Familiar with active lifestyle activities.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value.
• Maintain safety and security standards and raise issues when needed.
• Unpack inventory as required (boxes weighing 10–30 lbs).
