Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Dolphin Mall in Miami, FL to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support Sales and Operations. You will leverage technology to create a seamless online-to-retail journey and lead a driven team under the Store Manager’s guidance.

The role emphasizes knowledge of fabrics and fit, strong customer service, and a collaborative approach to exceed KPIs while maintaining store standards and merchandising. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Comfort with standing and moving for long periods.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in active lifestyle products and brands.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Lead customer engagement inside and outside store events and promotions.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to inspire associates and meet performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
• Support inventory and training needs and provide feedback to management.
• Help achieve sales goals and uphold safety and security standards.
