Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Streets at Southpoint store in Durham, NC. You will drive an exceptional customer experience, lead a team, and collaborate with the Store Manager to hit bold targets and elevate our brand.

You will leverage knowledge of fabrics and fits to engage customers, train teammates, and manage inventory and merchandising to optimize the purchase journey. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, etc.).
• Ability to engage with customers, employees, and partners in and out of store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, fast-paced mindset.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator who brings out the best in others.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and work under pressure.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience and drive engagement across store and omnichannel touchpoints.
• Provide knowledge on fabrics, fit and function to customers.
• Train and give feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to motivate associates to hit targets.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance shopping flow and value.
• Offer feedback to improve business operations and store objectives.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals while upholding safety standards.
• Unpack inventory and manage stock as needed.
