Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Streets at Southpoint store in Durham, NC. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding associates and driving sales while connecting customers to our omnichannel experience.

You’ll engage customers with product knowledge, participate in store events, and help meet aggressive store goals. The role requires energy, initiative, and a passion for active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge & familiarity with active lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running).
• Ability to interact socially with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside/outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to Customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage Customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
• Drive Customer engagement inside/outside the store (events, promotions, community projects).
• Provide training and feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve Customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the purchase journey.
