Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, NC. You will lead a team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, drive sales, and support operations. You’ll engage customers, train staff on the Customer Experience Playbook, and help ensure store performance targets are met while maintaining merchandising standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and collaborate with store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and provide knowledge on products, fabrics, fit and features.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and assist in inventory management.
• Support Store Manager, supervisors and associates to meet sales targets and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
