Job summary

Fabletics in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for Village Crabtree Valley Mall. You will lead the customer experience, train staff, and partner with the Store Manager to push KPI achievement while leveraging omnichannel shopping.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, a passion for active lifestyles, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help maintain merchandising standards and promote Fabletics products to shoppers in-store.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales with product knowledge.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing and moving during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and support Sales & Operations.
• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive in-store engagement through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet goals.
• Maintain store merchandising and communicate inventory needs.
• Unpack inventory as required and monitor safety standards.
