You will bridge online and in-store shopping using our technology, working with a driven Store Manager and team to hit bold targets.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with large teams, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with large teams.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products to customers.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store via events and promotions.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and supporting associates.
