LOFT in Destin, FL seeks a Sales Lead to coach associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to maintain store operations and step in as acting manager when needed.

The role emphasizes leading by example, driving omnichannel service, and building a welcoming, high-performing team while upholding brand standards and visual expectations in a busy, fashionable retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and provide guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold brand standards and visual/operational excellence while focusing on the customer.
