Job summary

The KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for WHBM at Store 3217-The Summit Sierra-WHBM in Reno, NV. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and partner with store leadership to deliver memorable, customer-centric experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

In this role you will support operations, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring brand standards while fostering a positive, high-energy team environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share brand priorities with teams.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep performance goals on track.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed about promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and share ideas with leadership.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
