KnitWell Group, operating WHBM in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership. You will supervise the team, set direction, and model a welcoming, customer-centered environment that emphasizes hospitality beyond the sale.

You will coach the team, manage store operations, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining brand standards. This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities and scheduling.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Maintain brand standards and a welcoming, customer-centered environment.
• Execute POS operations and inventory replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership to contribute to a positive work culture.
