Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Retail Full-Time Sales Lead at Glendale Galleria in Glendale, CA. You will lead a team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while leveraging omnichannel tools to connect online and in-store shopping journeys.

You’ll train associates, manage inventory, and partner with the Store Manager to hit bold targets and maintain merchandising standards. The role requires energy, adaptability, and a passion for active lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Able to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and initiative in fast-paced environments.
• Able to multi-task and work with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage Customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising to make the store easy to shop.
• Offer feedback to improve the business and store objectives.
• Maintain safety and security standards and inventory processes.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.
