Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for the Soma store in Frisco, TX to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and maintain brand standards while delivering welcoming, customer-centered experiences beyond transactions.

You will coach staff, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and model strong customer relationships with an omni-channel mindset. Regular/Part-time hours anticipated.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
