Job summary

Soma Highland Village, operated by KnitWell Group, is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, model brand standards, and deliver a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience.

You will drive daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure an omni-channel approach that reflects our hospitality culture. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
