Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Omaha, NE to partner with store leadership and guide the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on upholding brand standards, developing staff, and creating a positive, hospitality-driven environment on the sales floor and in operations.

You will coach, schedule, and drive brand initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and a welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and delivering a welcoming, customer-centered environment.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
