Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager in Bellevue, WA to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven customer experience. You will help foster a welcoming environment, coach associates, and drive store performance with a focus on community engagement.

Responsibilities include leading the sales floor, using product knowledge, managing inventories, and ensuring operational standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and peers.

Responsibilities
