Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at Lenox Square in Atlanta, GA. You will lead the customer experience, train team members, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet sales goals while ensuring a best-in-class shopping journey.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, active lifestyle familiarity, and a high-energy, people-focused approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle products (yoga, cycling, running, etc.).
• Strong people skills and ability to engage customers in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and drive in-store sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to motivate associates and meet/store goals.
• Train and give feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Communicate inventory needs and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Support flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
