Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.

• Ability to follow, implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager in leading the retail team and maintaining a sales- and customer-focused environment.
• Motivate and guide staff to meet individual and store goals.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations per company guidelines.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
• Assist in resolving customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train and develop team members on company programs and procedures.
