Job summary

See’s Candies in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Supervisor to guide the sales team, ensure smooth store operations, and uphold our brand of customer service excellence. You will report to the Shop Manager and work closely with the management team to drive sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisory retail experience, strong communication and merchandising skills, and a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills; strong cash handling and merchandising ability.
• Ability to follow, as well as implement and enforce, company policies and procedures.
• Strong work performance and sales-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change.
