See’s Candies is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Supervisor to guide the sales team and ensure smooth shop operations. You will support the Shop Manager, drive sales initiatives, and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead training, manage daily store activities, and uphold merchandising standards while fostering a welcoming customer experience. This role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday availability, and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to motivate, train and coach employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and cash handling skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager in providing effective leadership to the retail team.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve sales goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail location per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist in training and developing team on programs, policies, and procedures.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers through engagement.
• Handle cash procedures and protect company assets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate trends to management.
• Submit payroll and other administrative tasks on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
