See's Candies is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Supervisor to guide a friendly team in our busy shop. You will drive sales, ensure top-notch customer service, and oversee day-to-day store operations under the Shop Manager.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong cash handling and merchandising skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay at $26.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to train and coach employees.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong merchandising, cash handling, and organizational abilities.
• Able to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
