Soma is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality. You will drive brand standards and create memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect our culture.

This role supports opening/closing, coaching, inventory, and omni-channel initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail management, strong communication, and a team‑oriented mindset, with flexible nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni‑channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
