Foot Locker in Wilmington, DE is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, drive sales results, coach the team, and keep the store running smoothly.

You will lead on the floor with energy, engage customers, coach teammates, manage daily operations, and follow safety and SOPs to protect staff and product.

This role requires 1+ years in retail, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy and solutions mindset.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Move with urgency to manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
