Foot Locker in Rocky Mount, NC is looking for a part-time Sales Lead to drive sales, coach the team, and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll lead by example on the floor, stay connected with customers, and own store execution with a proactive, energetic mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset; bring solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Follow safety and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Take ownership of store execution and leverage retail technology to enhance experience.
