Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Vero Beach, FL seeks a Sales Lead to empower a customer-focused team on the sales floor. You will support onboarding and development, coach associates, and collaborate with store leadership to step in as manager when needed.

Maintain brand standards, drive omnichannel shopping, and use tools to keep the team aligned with promotions and priorities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to organize, delegate and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
