LOFT Outlet in Estero, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to understand store operations and be ready to step in as the manager when needed.

The role emphasizes developing a highly engaged team, upholding visual and operational standards, and using available tools to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient; ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT Outlet brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for seamless omnichannel shopping.
• Be prepared to step into the manager role when needed.
