LOFT Outlet is seeking a Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and guide a motivated team at Palm Beach Outlets in West Palm Beach, FL. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to model best practices, onboard staff, and maintain strong visual and operational standards.

This role emphasizes coaching, initiative, and flexibility, including evenings and weekends. It offers opportunities to advance across LOFT brands and contribute to community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

• Support an excellent customer experience and role model best practices for the team.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards and focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.

• Build productive relationships and support the team with ideas and collaboration.
• Leverage technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel service.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
