Job summary

Ann Taylor in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You'll work with the Store Manager to understand store operations and be ready to step in as acting manager when needed.

You'll contribute to brand standards, develop a highly engaged team, and ensure a seamless omnichannel customer journey using available tools. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
