Job summary

Ann Taylor in Washington state seeks a Sales Lead to support and model excellent customer experiences. You will work with the Store Manager to guide and develop associates, ensuring seamless operations and brand standards.

You will help drive a customer-focused team, coach staff, and stay ahead of promotions and priorities while stepping in as manager when needed. This role includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, engaged team.
• Create an inclusive store environment and model customer-focused service.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a profitable, omnichannel shopping experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance.
• Step into the manager role when needed and represent the brand.
