Job summary

Deckers Brands, featuring UGG, is seeking a Sales Lead in Massachusetts to create memorable shopping experiences and drive brand loyalty. You will greet customers, respond to questions, and communicate our sustainability and product initiatives while promoting the Deckers Brands image.

You will also handle transactions, assist with inventory, and support a clean, organized store environment. You will work as part of a dynamic team, promoting a positive work culture and ensuring excellent service

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Address customer questions and respond before they leave.
• Explain return policy and promote deckers brands image.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory and stock, and organize back-stock area and break area.
