Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead for our stores in Merrimack, NH. You will create personalized shopping experiences, greet customers, and respond to inquiries, while upholding the brand’s standards and policies.

You’ll manage the register, stock inventory, and maintain a clean, organized store with a focus on service and teamwork. You will promote Deckers’ values and opportunities for growth, supported by competitive pay and store-wide recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the Deckers Brands vision and mission.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Answer customer questions accurately and respond before they leave.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating the return policy.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote the store and brand image in all interactions.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Keep back-stock and break areas clean and organized; participate in safety practices.
• Recognize outstanding performance and contribute to a positive work environment.
