Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Livermore, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality.

You will guide staff to deliver personalized shopping experiences that reflect our brand and culture while maintaining brand standards. On the sales floor you will coach colleagues, manage responsibilities such as opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory, and help translate brand priorities into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to maintain performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
