Job summary

Chico's Livermore store is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model the customer-first culture that defines our brand. You will guide daily operations, showcase product knowledge, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional service.

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must, along with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to help meet performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and teamwork.
• Contribute insights to the store leadership team.
• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork.
