Soma is hiring a Sales Lead for Store 5358-The Forum on Peachtree Parkway-Soma-Norcross, GA 30092. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to deliver memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You’ll collaborate with store leaders to uphold brand standards, coach associates, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while driving sales and fostering teamwork.

Qualificações

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
