White House Black Market in Allen, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment. You will build genuine connections, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service to meet shoppers' needs on the floor and across channels.

You will support store leadership with merchandising and inventory, maintain brand-standard visuals, and contribute to store performance through teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication.
• Must be at least 18 years old for Texas.
• Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.
