The Tile Shop is seeking a results-driven leader to build and mentor a strong Sales Associates team in Indianapolis. The role emphasizes coaching, customer relations, and product knowledge to drive tile sales and superior service.

Candidates should have retail management experience, weekend availability, and a proven ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. The first year income is expected at 60–75K at target.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and leadership, with a track record of building strong sales teams.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate staff to meet and exceed goals.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced commission sales environment and learning product knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates.
• Train and coach employees on policies, procedures and job duties.
• Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Learn and use knowledge of all store and warehouse operations.
• Lead by example to achieve sales goals.
• Learn the installation process and products to educate customers.
• Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
• Maintain professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand.
• Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use good business practices at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
