Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to join our donation processing and retail support team. You will inspect, grade, and process donated goods for sale in our stores, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, operating point-of-sale transactions, and contributing to merchandising and customer service with a people-first attitude. A HS diploma and forklift eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift (16–17 not eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade donated goods for sale.
• Process goods quickly to meet production goals.
• Assist guests and operate point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe procedures.
• Support merchandising and teamwork with peers.
