Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for our stores. You will process items quickly to meet production goals and follow standard operating procedures, while delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include merchandising, upselling during transactions, maintaining a clean sales floor, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver excellent brand experience.
• Maintain a professional, people-first attitude with guests.
• Transition product to the sales floor with attention to detail.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies.
• Assist with checkout and upsell during transactions.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized work and sales floor.
• Follow safety practices and report hazards.
• Complete trainings and meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
