Qualifications
- Previous retail leadership or supervisor/Key holder experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
- Strong clienteling skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with POS systems and tech tools (Apple products, G Suite).
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to meet and exceed store sales goals.
- Coach and motivate associates for high‑performance selling.
- Engage customers with personalized styling and clienteling.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize transactions.
- Open/close the store and maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor.
