HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to help drive a highly satisfied customer experience in our Herndon, VA store.

You will engage customers, ring purchases, promote loyalty programs, and keep the sales floor clean and organized. Ideal candidates show excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Capable of multi-tasking

• Retail customer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed
• Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards for the sales floor and store
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
