Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a team member to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store as needed to meet business goals.

Key duties include handling purchases, promoting loyalty programs, and upholding merchandising standards, with a focus on safety and integrity in daily operations. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and team members.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash accurately per procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Ensure a safe store environment and report safety issues promptly.
