Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading the team and enforcing SOPs to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and coach the team’s selling behaviors and customer engagement.
• Lead delivery of custom framing solutions and plan workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage framing team performance.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs; manage truck unloading and stocking.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and support interviewing, onboarding and Training.
• Collaborate with MODs on framing expectations and omni-channel processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and solution-oriented product assistance.
