The Michael's Companies’ LA-MIRA LOMA store is seeking a Store Lead to coach a team of framing specialists and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions that delight customers.

You’ll drive sales, manage SOPs, training, scheduling, inventory, shrink and safety, and serve as Manager on Duty, while ensuring exceptional service and a positive store environment. Regular evenings, weekends, and early mornings are required.

• Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager with SOP adherence, policy execution, and training.
• Manage workload planning, scheduling, inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and support onboarding and performance management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and drive framing sales at the store.
