Job summary

The Michael's Companies in Austin, TX is seeking a Store Lead – Framing to coach a team of framers, build strong customer relationships, and drive custom framing sales.

You will partner with the Store Manager to follow SOPs, manage workloads, inventory, and safety programs, and serve as Manager on Duty. Nights and weekends may be required in this public retail setting.
