Boscov's Department Store, LLC seeks a Sales Control/Customer Service Desk Manager to oversee cash control and front-line service. The role requires guiding a retail team to meet customers’ needs quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, plus experience balancing cash, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a retail team to actively engage coworkers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience in cash handling, balancing sheets, and paperwork processing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in accountability and balancing of cash receipts and paperwork.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash handling and reports.
• Order supplies for the Customer Service Desk.
• Supervise, train and coordinate Sales Control Office and Customer Service Desk staff.
• Complete all transactions and paperwork accurately while following company policies.
