Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior retail sales management experience.
• Strong selling and customer service skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports.
• Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in merchandising and selling floor setup to maximize sales and service.
• Train, coach, and develop associates by leading by example.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
• Execute transactions and paperwork accurately per company policies.
• Monitor advertised merchandise and ensure ads are displayed correctly.
