Boscov's Department Store, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Department Manager to lead a team, drive customer service, and maximize store performance. The role emphasizes strong selling skills, coaching, and consistent adherence to company policies.

As part of a fast-paced management team, you will supervise a sales floor, coordinate merchandising, and ensure accurate transactions while delivering outstanding guest experiences across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior retail sales management experience.
• Strong selling and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports.
• Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in the merchandising/set up of the selling floor to provide maximum sales and customer service.
• Training, coaching, and developing associates by leading by example.
• Providing in-depth product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
• Accurately and efficiently completing all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining an awareness of advertised merchandise and ensuring all ads are set and signed properly.
