Boscov's, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Department Manager to lead a team of associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong sales performance. You will supervise merchandising, training, and daily operations to meet store goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for professional growth within a long-standing retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Prior retail sales management experience.
• Strong selling and/or customer service experience, preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports.
• Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in merchandising/set up of the selling floor to provide maximum sales and customer service.
• Manage activities of the sales and stock functions.
• Train, coach, and develop associates by leading by example.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
• Accurately and efficiently completing all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of advertised merchandise and ensure all ads are set and signed properly.
