AT&T in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select the right products and services through a consultative approach. You will work to meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions while engaging with the community on-site.

Expect a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with two weeks’ advance notice for shifts. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed.

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Contribute to community presence via events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends.
