AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Waldorf, MD. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, promote AT&T products and services, and help them find the right solutions.

You’ll participate in events, handle online orders, and connect with customers through outbound calls. The role offers a structured schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with training provided to help you hit sales targets and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and earn commissions.
• Willingness to learn AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules published 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment with evolving products and customer needs.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.
