Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Adhere to a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; adapt to change.
